Bodywork That Makes Sense

I’m a massage therapy student focused on movement, alignment, and real-life body use.

I understand what long shifts, repetitive movement, and physical strain feel like—and how quickly small aches can turn into ongoing discomfort.

My goal is to make massage simple and effective—something that helps you keep moving, not just feel good for an hour and then go right back to pain.

I’m currently in training and offering sessions as part of my professional development.

Feel better in life, not just on the table.

Open anatomy coloring books and flashcards about muscles and bones of the foot, with colored and labeled diagrams, on a wooden surface with sunlight.
A wooden table with a clock, a decorative dish with sand and seashells, two small bottles, sunglasses, a spoon, and a stack of books including 'Gray's Anatomy' and 'Textbook of Medical Physiology'. Sunlight creates shadows on a textured pink curtain.
